Home Health Training Specialist

A Home Health Training Specialist is responsible for supporting a Project Director in the implementation of new customers, assisting with their transition from their existing EMR or operational systems, the migration of information, and the adoption of processes resulting in a successful transition of the customer’s organization onto the KanTime platform.

The Home Health Training Specialist must demonstrate attention to detail, task-driven accomplishments, critical thinking skills, and risk mitigation skills.

Led by the Project Director, the Home Health Training Specialist will be responsible for understanding and interpreting customer organizational objectives, identifying and migrating all appropriate data from existing systems to KanTime, the configuration of KanTime per the agency’s requirements, and training of all aspects of the solution.

The Home Health Training Specialist will support the Project Director in tasks defined as part of a project plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through the implementation, training, setup, and use of the software
  • Assist clients in testing the setup of the software
  • Ability to follow a project plan and be agile to circumstances that may require slight deviations
  • Provide customers with post-go-live customer support and training
  • Master KanTime Implementation project management processes and procedures
  • Successfully guide & train customers through the KanTime implementation steps and activities as defined by leadership
  • Manage customer expectations, contingencies, and support tickets throughout their life in implementation

Finance/Accounting Specialist

A Finance/Accounting Specialist is the subject matter expert (SME) for financial transactions flowing within the KanTime solution. This person must demonstrate a strong knowledge of GAAP in a healthcare-related setting.

They will master KanTime’s finance and revenue transaction workflows which focus on billing, cash posting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll transactions, month-end, and General Ledger reporting. In this role, you will help customers navigate, understand, and implement KanTime.

They may also help triage, support, and troubleshoot customer concerns. With KanTime’s “Do It Right The First Time” philosophy, this role will provide and maintain internal workflows to ensure KanTime and its team are following the gold standard, best practice use of the software.

Crucial to success, they must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in customer service and revenue transaction workflows while also proving to be a confident SME to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support customers (internal and external) in operating KanTime’s finance and accounting modules.
  • Demonstrate the use of KanTime to potential prospects.
  • Create and maintain internal tools to ensure KanTime’s finance and accounting documentation is up to date with the most current best practice guidelines.

Hospice Training Specialist

The Hospice Training Specialist will be responsible for helping the Implementation train new customers on KanTime Hospice Software, regulation changes, and overall trends.

Day-to-day functions of the Hospice Training Specialist will heavily involve training on the product, answering all questions regarding KanTime Hospice, conducting webinars, and working closely with Sales and Marketing to create hospice-specific content

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Train new customers on KanTime Hospice and ensure they are able to Go Live with the software as scheduled
  • Assist prospects and clients with technical questions, and support as needed
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all things related to hospice
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to understand how KanTime addresses common concerns for its clients, industry updates, etc., and then translate those into benefits for prospects
  • Conduct demos, both in person and through webinars, of KanTime Hospice to prospects of all sizes
  • Coordinate and participate with B2B partners on joint informational sessions, co-sponsored marketing collateral, and webinars
  • Attend state and national home health, hospice, pediatrics, and private duty/home care trade shows to be abreast of current industry trends

2: Sales and Marketing

Home Health Product Specialist

The Product Sales Specialist should have strong communication skills and be comfortable making all levels of product demonstrations and presenting the software in person and via webinar to varying audiences.

They are expected to be well-versed in KanTime software and manage the majority of questions and requests from prospects regarding software functionality, interoperability, and benefits of the KanTime system.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide sales demonstrations (both on-site and via webinar) with current KanTime territory sales representatives on the various modules and features of the system
  • Assist with sales discovery visits and tailoring of the software presentation to meet the unique needs of prospective customers in the sales process
  • Participate in Sales & Marketing status meetings; present product features and updates as well as provide input on sales-related activities
  • Provide RFP/RFI assistance
  • Spend time in customer locations as needed in an effort to understand the software’s financial, clinical, and operational features/functionality that are important to the sales process
  • Keep up to date with financial and clinical processes, state regulations, and new releases of KanTime
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to clients and internal team members and advise Development, Implementation, Customer Success, and leadership on trends/challenges facing customers as it relates to needs in an EMR
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions, meet with clients and prospects, and demonstrate KanTime technology solutions
  • Assist in maintaining the Sales or other sales-related databases with appropriate clinical and financial data to be used during sales demos (webinar or on-site)

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred, but not required

Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Vice President is the Sales owner of accounts in their assigned territory. This role, working alongside with demo specialists, is tasked with identifying, qualifying, winning and closing new business opportunities for KanTime.

The successful candidate has a self-starter, “hunter” mentality with a strong competitive spirit and works well as part of an assertive, high performing sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline building objectives within the assigned territory
  • Understands and can effectively manage a complex selling process from qualification to closure
  • Proactively builds and executes on a robust strategic territory plan
  • Build relationships with target accounts in the assigned territory to secure strong competitive positioning, i.e. becoming the prospect’s “trusted advisor”

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The primary focus will be to identify, engage, and qualify leads that ultimately are handed off to the Sales team for further development.

Additionally, this role will support other sales and marketing activities as needed. This a salaried, full-time position that reports to the Business Development Manager.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Qualify leads through using the BANT process
  • Research prospective agencies, identify key influencers and decision-makers, and generate interest from various stakeholders. Document all information and communication learned about prospective agencies in Salesforce.
  • Complete initial encounter with prospects gathering comprehensive client basic information, and engendering with a prospect a desire to follow up contact by KanTime Sales Team
  • Assist with marketing and PR to promote and publicize KanTime before, during, and after each trade show or event
  • Represent KanTime and interact with prospects at events, gather information from prospects about needs/requirements, pains/problems, and build relationships with referral partners
  • Comfortable leveraging or learning tools such as; Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, WordPress, Ebsta, LinkedIn, and other tools to assist in lead development.

3: Engineering

Senior DevOps Engineer

As the lead engineer in our Infrastructure Platform team, you’ll own the fundamental infrastructure components that all other product teams at KanTime build upon, including our legacy pools, micro-services, API gateway, SQL/NoSQL data stores, caching, container orchestration, storage clusters, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure playbooks.

This is an exciting time to join KanTime as we are rapidly expanding our datacenter footprint and building out the next generation cloud infrastructure to support our strategic initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build out our next generation infrastructure stack with best-in-class resiliency and redundancy
  • Identify and replace deficient technologies in our existing infrastructure
  • Develop tools and processes to facilitate rapid and incident free releases
  • Reduce firing up and provisioning clusters of servers and services to a single button press
  • Architect systems for security, reliability, availability and scalability
  • Ensure that we consistently achieve our SLA targets
  • Perform end-to-end security hardening as per our security policy requirements
  • Lead a scrum team that manages the infrastructure backlog to support concurrent application releases
  • Communicate infrastructure deliveries, rollouts and details to stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with engineering, Ops and security teams for successful releases
  • Lead and oversee Go-Live activities including the execution of deployment plans and checklists
  • Support Tier-1 and Tier-2 operations for incident monitoring and resolution

  • Automate and Document everything from MOPs to best practices and scripts

Requirements

  • Hands-on with DevOps toolchains, best practices and methodologies
  • 3 – 5+ years DevOps experience in supporting cloud SaaS products
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to learn and apply new technologies
  • Highly skilled in Linux, Kubernetes, virtualization and container technologies
  • Expert in application benchmarking, capacity planning and optimization
  • Implemented monitoring tools for log analysis, preferably Prometheus and ELK
